Client Technical Liaison

We have immediate full-time positions available for smart, energetic, enthusiastic client liaison manager that would serve both sales and implementation role. You will be responsible for technical and sales support roles. Specifically this would include setting up demonstration sites, developing test cases, identifying functional requirements from the client and developing demos to identify that. It will also include setting up the software for the client and implementing the data models for a turnkey solution to the client. You will also be responsible for events and workshops as organized by NJBSoft. We are seeking candidates who are team players and have strong oral and written communication skills for the development of technical demos, interfacing with customers, participating in trade shows, implementing software solution and identifying client needs with software specifications. A preference will be given to the candidates with business development capabilities.

Qualifications: A degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field; excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience with programming languages would be considered a plus.

Business Development Managers

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our sales and marketing team. We are looking for committed individuals that would love to sell the best municipal industry compliance management products offered by NJBSoft, LLC. You will be responsible for developing leads, create marketing campaigns, maintaining existing and developing new client relationships, manage accounts, as well as cultivating new business. For motivated individuals, this is an excellent opportunity with tremendous potential for growth. A preference will be given to technically sound candidates that can also help with implementation of software.

Qualifications: A degree in civil or environmental engineering or a related field; strong marketing/sales experience; excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
